On Monday April 19, 2010, I attended a Free Professional Women’s Networking Meeting provided by independent Mary Kay Professionals.  The goal was to help other professionals promote their business, service, product or cause.  It was held at a Summa Wellness Institute in Hudson, Ohio.

Why was this meeting so special for me?  It marked the first time in 8 years that I was well enough to attend and participate in a meeting.  I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to be able to stand up, speak clearly and still be able to breathe!!  It also gave me great hope as I saw that other women were doing the same thing that I was doing – starting and running their own businesses!!!  Who says that American ingenuity is gone??  Can’t prove that by me!!!

I want to thank Diane Pack, whom invited me to attend this powerhouse meeting.   Second, I would like to thank all of her supporting leadership.  You ladies really shine.
