I recently ordered a mat for my trailer with Accessories for RV Living on line. I received the mat timely; however, it was not the one I ordered. I was under a time crunch as I was needing it for an upcoming camping trip within a short time period. Helen's customer service was beyond my expectations---she offered to let me keep the mat that was the wrong color for the inconvenience and she shipped the correct mat to me at no cost.
It's seldom that we see customer service such as this without begging for it!
I will continue to do business with her and this company for going above and beyond the call of service to ensure I, as a customer, was happy and satisfied with their business.
